Data Protection Statement
The information collected in this questionnaire will be used by the RE4D project team, its partners *(DCC, WCEA, DARE, GAP, CEE, Trans-Send) and funders *(GOSW & RR). The aim of the RE4D project is to develop RE supply and demand in the Rural Objective 2 areas of Devon. The information collected will be recorded on RE4D computer databases. Rules for EU funding may require records to be kept up to 2014. The information will not be disclosed to any third parties other than those listed above without your consent, unless such disclosure is a legal or statutory requirement. Prize draw small print
All surveys completed by 31st January 2008 will be entered into a draw to win a three night self catering break for up to 6 people in the Coach House Cottage at Lower Coombe Royal, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 4AD, to the value of £590. RE4D will provide a choice of available weekends between 08/02/08 and 24/03/08, but will not be able to offer alternative dates if the winner is busy for all of the weekends offered. RE4D will arrange booking and pay Lower Coombe Royal directly on behalf of the winner. Any special requirements will need to be dealt with by the winner. The winner will need to pay a fully refundable security deposit of £150 to Lower Coombe Royal on arrival; this will be refunded on departure providing there is no damage to the property.
